Hey, I’m Laurin Jo

I’m a content strategist and social media manager who believes showing up online shouldn’t feel forced—or like a full-time job on top of the one you already have.

Before Content Haus, I worked in architecture, where I learned that nothing works without a solid foundation. That lesson stuck. Today, I bring the same mindset to content: strategy first, structure second, execution always. Because great content doesn’t just look good—it supports real business goals.

I built Content Haus for business owners who want consistency without chaos. The ones who care about how their brand shows up, but don’t want to spend their days guessing what to post, filming everything themselves, or chasing trends that don’t convert.

When I’m not planning content or running campaigns, you’ll find me on the pickleball court, traveling with my family, or on the hunt for really good seafood (salmon, shrimp, and scallops ARE non-negotiables).

Work With Us

  • Yes. Travel is available for an additional fee. We support content days outside the Houston area, with travel fees covering flights, lodging, transportation, and travel time. All details and pricing are discussed and approved before booking so expectations are clear.

  • Not by default. Most clients either use their own space such as an office, home, or storefront, or book a studio or content house separately. We guide you on what type of location works best for your brand and goals so the space supports the content.

  • Turnaround time is typically 7 to 10 business days after your content day, unless otherwise stated in your contract. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

  • It depends on your consistency and how well your strategy is implemented. That said, most clients begin seeing their first organic leads within three to six months. Organic growth is a long game, but momentum builds faster when the strategy is right.

  • Absolutely, seven days prior to your con day you will receive a shot list that will have very specific photo posing ideas, Talking Heads scripts, as well as b-roll shots that we will cover throughout your content day. You will also receive creative direction, prompts, and guidance throughout the shoot, especially for talking head content. You do not need to come in knowing exactly what to say. That is our job.

  • You are not alone. The issue usually is not how often you post, it is how intentional your content is. The goal is not posting more, it is posting smarter. We look at your strategy, timing, and engagement and clean it up so your effort actually works for you.

  • No. You do not need to shake your booty on TikTok, tweet your thoughts, and pin recipes all at the same time. We figure out where your audience actually hangs out and focus your energy there.

  • I have you covered. We build a content plan that fits your voice, your goals, and your business. No cringe. No copy paste templates. Just content that feels like you and does not feel like a chore to create.

  • Yes. We are FAA-licensed and offer drone video as an add-on when appropriate for your brand.

  • We specialize in service-based businesses, entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals who value strategy—not trends for the sake of trends.

  • A Content Day is a structured, on-site or studio session where we capture high-quality photos, videos, and B-roll in one focused block of time—so you’re not scrambling for content week after week.
